We are currently looking for BS, MS and PhD students to join our lab, and the Device group in the Dept. of Information & Communication Engineering at DGIST!
We are particularly interested in students who are motivated to work in the areas of Microelectronics (semiconductor devices such as transistors) and Biomedical Engineering (especially bioelectronics).

We are currently looking for a postdoctoral researcher for a up to five year research project on A.I. + Neural Interfaces. This will be a multi-group research project ranged from neuroscience, machine learning, circuits, and down to device levels. If interested in, please contact Professor Kang directly.
For your information, DGIST have one of the best university cleanroom facilities in Korea. We also have dedicated animal research facility on campus, and strong interdisciplinary research collaboration opportunities.

Undergraduate students either from DGIST or outside of DGIST can participate in our research through the following funded research programs.
Internship – We occasionally have openings (with full stipend and guaranteed dormitory) for research participation during either Summer or Winter vacations. This DGIST official internship program is eligible for both DGIST and non-DGIST students. Please contact Prof. Kang for more details.
Undergraduate Research Program (URP) – For DGIST students, we are open to support your research activity during undergraduate. With the variety of research capabilities in our lab, covering from semiconductor devices to bioengineering and data analysis, groups of students with broad academic backgrounds and interests are encouraged to consider the opportunity.
