Here, we developed a multi-well MEA with 256 channels and Electrophysiology Digital ASIC chip combined “High-throughput electrophysiological assay platform” for neuropharmacology tests. It shows how advanced microfabrication and microelectronics can be applied to bioengineering applications where lots of data acquisition and digitalized handling would be beneficial.
